When you enroll in Health Right, you are asked to choose a primary care provider (PCP) from the Provider Directory.  You may choose either a health center or a personal doctor to be your PCP.  It is best to choose one doctor you like and stay with that doctor for any check-ups, physicals, immunizations or other routine services.  Your PCP will refer you to specialists when needed.

You and each member of your family can choose your own doctor.  You do not have to have the same doctor.  You may change your PCP at any time and are asked to contact Member Services at 202-218-0380 to get help making this change.

If you do not select a PCP at the time of enrollment with Health Right, a doctor will be assigned.   If you want to change this doctor, please call Member Services at 202-218-0380.
