Each member must recertify (renew) their membership with Health Right before their insurance expires.

If you have questions or need assistance filling out the paperwork, you may call Health Right at (202) 218-0373 ext. 119 or contact your social worker.

Please contact DC Healthy Families at (202) 724-5506 or by visiting them at 645 H Street, N.E. Monday through Friday 8:15am-4:45pm and open late on Wednesday until 8:00pm if you did not receive your recertification paperwork or if you need additional assistance filling out your paperwork.

If you recently changed addresses, you must notify DC Healthy Families by calling (202) 698-4200 or by visiting them at 645 H Street, N.E and Health Right Inc by calling Member Services at 202-218-0380 or by visiting our office at 1101 14th St. N.W., Suite 900, Washington, D.C 20005.

Remember: DC Healthy Families mails the recertification paperwork approximately 60 days in advance. It is important to fill out all paperwork correctly and mail back to DC Healthy Families as soon as possible to renew your insurance. Health Right is available to assist you in this process with representatives that speak English and Spanish.
