When to Contact Health Right?

1. You Receive A Bill

Do not ignore bills! Health Right pays for all services that are approved.

2. You Have a Change in Status

* Your address or telephone number changes
* You have a baby or your number of dependents changes
* You lose your Medicaid eligibility
* You intend to move out of D.C.
* You or one of your dependents is admitted to a long-term care facility or hospice

3. You Have Additional Insurance

* Medicare
* Work Related Insurance

4. When You Become Pregnant So We Can Assist You.
