Member Services

The Member Services Department is the direct link to our Members.
Our multi-lingual staff is available to:

  • Answer questions about Health Right's Plan benefits, policies and services
  • Conduct Welcome Calls for New Members
  • Issue Member ID cards or replace lost ID cards
  • Provide help in filling out enrollment application
  • Help Members choose their Primary Care Providers (PCPs)
  • Help Members make doctor appointments
  • Respond to Member complaints
  • Handle Member disenrollment requests
  • Ensure that Members have access to Health Right services

Health Right believes that language should not be a barrier to providing service. If you do not speak English, we can still help. Bilingual Services are provided to all Health Right members upon request. We will also help you find a doctor who speaks your language.

Contact our Member Services Department, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you have a medical or behavioral health emergency please call the 24 hour Nurse line at 1-800-239-0145 or 9-1-1.
