To become a Health Right Medicaid member, you must first apply for the DC Healthy Families program, which is a free health insurance program funded by the District of Columbia and the Federal Government. DC Healthy Families is for families with children under the age of 19 and for women who are pregnant that live in the District of Columbia. Family income* must be at or below the following levels:
